Jarlshof Settlement - the Shetlands

Jarlshoff is a huge settlement that is centuries old.

A grinding stone that was used centuries ago to grind grain into flour.
Ruins of the large house that dominates the settlement, it belonged to a Scottish Earl from the mainland and the settlement's name, "Jarlshoff" translates as Earl's house.
